# Illustration > The three tiers of brand illustration, hero, feature, and spot, and a library of every spot illustration to copy or download. ![Two people fitting giant puzzle pieces together on a blue platform, with stars, a light bulb, and an envelope around them](https://ticketsolutionsptyltd.github.io/roadie/brand/illustration/feature-partnership.webp) A feature illustration for partnership. Illustrations tell the brand's story with bold compositions, strong brand colour, and clean line work, always focused on people and the connections between them. ## Types Illustrations come in three tiers, from the most detailed to the simplest. | Tier | Use | | ------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Hero | Narrative scenes with three or more people, for campaigns and landing pages, 1200px wide or more. The hero set is still being drawn. | | Feature | One story about a feature or service, often a metaphor, for feature pages, sales material, and email headers, 600px to 1200px wide. | | Spot | A single idea with few elements, for empty states, dividers, help content, and small pieces, 48px to 300px wide. | In product, keep feature illustrations literal and focused on what the feature does. In marketing, lean into the benefit and the excitement. ## Library Every spot illustration, searchable by name or tag. Copy its SVG into a design, or download it as an SVG or a 1024px PNG from its menu. Each keeps its brand colours on any background. | Illustration | Tags | SVG | Component | | ----------------------------- | ----------------------------------------- | for the brand's partnership pillars. | Pillar | Illustration | Stands for | | --------- | -------------- | -------------------------------------- | | People | Heart | The team's expertise and relationships | | Service | Hand | Personal service | | Marketing | Arrow up right | Growth and promotional support | | Platform | Cursor | The technology underneath | ## Markets Change what an illustration shows for each market, never its style. | Market | Show | | ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------ | | Live music | Concert scenes, performances, and audience energy | | Venues | Architectural spaces, crowd flow, and facilities | | Shows | Exhibition spaces, interactive displays, and attendees | | Sports | Movement, competition, and spectators | | Events | Community, shared experiences, and atmosphere | ## Making illustrations - Build from the brand's base shapes, with a clear focal point. - Keep perspective, scale, and style consistent across a series. - Use the brand palette with purpose, and keep enough contrast to read. - Match the detail to the space. Don't use a detailed illustration small. - For print, use 300dpi or more and convert colour for CMYK. ## Downloads [Illustration pack](https://ticketsolutionsptyltd.github.io/roadie/brand/illustration/oztix-illustration-pack.zip), PNG and SVG, 249 KB. The key illustrations as PNG files and every spot illustration in the library as an SVG. ## In Roadie The spot tier in apps is the [SpotIllustration](https://ticketsolutionsptyltd.github.io/roadie/components/spot-illustration.md) components, marked with their component name in the library. They keep their brand colours in both themes. Docs updated 15 Oct 2026.
